The client wanted to do a feasibility study on a nine acre site. The objective here was to use the maximum amount of building to land use and maximum square footage allowed for retail, office and rental apartment space while meeting all parameters. These included, but not limited to green space, set-backs, parking requirements, including handicapped, and freight docking.
